Richelle Kelly

North Wind Woman – Giiwedinong Noodin Kwe

Richelle is a member of Pawgwasheeng (Pays Plat First Nation), she is also a member of the Wawashkesh Clan (Deer). Richelle has been on her spirit journey for several years and seeks guidance from her spirit helper the Fox. She has sought direction by attending sweat lodge ceremonies, fasts and speaking with traditional healers. As a natural healer, Richelle sought out to dedicate her life to helping those in need. She has worked in several communities prior to Biigtigong Nishnaabeg including Aroland, Ogoki Post, Eabametoong, and Netmizaaggamig Nishnaabeg. 

Richelle is the Conference/Community Outreach Worker at Biidaaban Healing Lodge. In this position, she is gifted with working with many communities within the Robinson Superior Area. Richelle loves to visit the communities to do outreach programs and deliver traditional teachings, she always feels grateful to be able to visit the communities and creates strong connections to people from everywhere she goes. 

Richelle graduated from Native Child and Family Services at Confederation College in 2013, she is currently in her third year of Indigenous Social Work (HBSW) at Laurentian University. 

Anger Solutions Program

This program will educate and empower participants to make the right choices about their anger.

Grief & Abandonment

A ten day program designed to give clients a comprehensive understanding of the stages and cycles of grief.

Sexual Abuse Survivors Program

This program will provide a safe, supportive environment in which clients will examine the impact of sexual abuse.
